all the substantial shareholders list on are lees than half year and bought it is less than one year.
The seller of Pacific Andes and Allan Gray Australia Pty Ltd use to be hold more than 40% of Tassal shares.
Pacific Andes bought 23% at there years ago. The reason that they want to sell it was they need cash for the company list in HK . this company invest too much in Chile and Russia. They needed cash!
Allan Gray Australia Pty Ltd bought Tassal shares three or four years ago they start to sell it at one and half years ago. they sell it about 1% each month from one and half years ago.
So all big boys think it was good time to buy it at time. it start May of last year.
