most people call it their family home...a lifestyle choice...they dont care what happens to the prices....they are not moving....changing the kids schools etc
a bust might hurt the current purchases....
or the investors....
majority of people do not up and move or sell because of the current economic environment....they are there for the long term....housing always recovers
