TinCom will be reponsible for aranging financing stage 1 ($300M) and all subsequent stages.
Has anyone seen Balance Sheet of Tincom?
I just wonder how TinCon will raise its fund for this project. It is not reputable enough to raise fund outside Vietnam. I do not want to mention about Vietnamese Stock Markets.
Has anyone known about TinCon?
I noted that unsecured notes turned into shares at $0.017 per share as disclose on 1/4/2011.
