I can be wrong in pump and dump but thats what i believe...
This stock is very illiquid...so the inst participants in cap raising may need to pump in order to short at high levels if they have a plant to do cap raising around 20 or 15 cents...i may just be talking in air but that could be a real possibility..short term market actions might give us some idea....
