We should not peg the SMM share price to the PDN share price because the potential upside for SMM far outstrips the PDN upside at the moment imo. The last thing we want to be thinking is that SMM is less than half the PDN price cause this is not the case. If PDN goes to $8.50 and SMM goes to $6.50 in the near future (which I think is quite possible) then the 2:04 offer is obviously worthless.
Lets not undervalue ourselves. SMM @ $10 is not unrealistic and that may place it higher than PDN soon.
What the heck SMM may as well offer 1 SMM for 2:04 PDN (you just never know what can happen over time)
