Critical analysis of 'Operational Advisories' in the last 18 months reveals that on over 95% of occasions SSN announce failures, delays, non production, unanticipated events, poor anticipated events, setbacks, disappointments, difficulties, complications, poor executions and under achievements.

Modern work place assessments incorporate regular performance reviews as a corporate and fiscal requirement.

The SSN Board & Executive Officers incorporating all levels of qualified
professional consultants have spent 10's of millions of dollars with - to date,
no significant oil discoveries/production.

Their salaries also have amounted to millions of dollars per year.
They requested further significant monetary compensation despite a 77% reduction
in the value of our company from the height of the share price as an incentive just to continue to do their jobs.

But they have failed to date in over 95% of their efforts, decisions and results at work.

Most of us would be either dismissed or reported to our professional Boards/Colleges for this record of poor performance.

These people expect compensation and incentive payments to continue to act in
our interests, despite their poor record of achievements.

You have to be kidding.....

Its equivalent to appointing Ned Kelly as a Loan Manager to a country regional branch of the ANZ.
