Still what's the bet come AGM that all the board and management try to put their hands in the pie and get more gravy from us.

Most management of listed companies have no perception of how they are viewed & realistically they don't care, they think they are better then the shareholders who own the company and think they can get away with blue murder and fleece shareholders.

Times have changed, shareholders have been fed up and we are now seeing more and more proxies of votes being voted against, most boards have still yet come to realize that they are part of the reason the world is in such bad shape economically and that shareholders have had enough.

AGM will be mighty interesting for this lot this year.
