Hi Chand,I tried to give you a thumbs up,but no,there is a good chance you have already 17 thumbs down registered against your post.
The TB cheer squad appears to scared to come out to play.But they are happy to still try and influence readers,if not through their blatantly ramping,but using the thumb system to try and silence,which is now the majority of posters negative feelings about SSN management.
