We currently probably don't have the time nor the numbers to force an EGM, but we now need to let directors know they are not going to be re elected on the basis of how they have managed the crisis so far. They are paid the equilivalent of a very good full time wage, so why not work hard full time for 4 weeks & get the situation under control. Its simply about sales, full stop! Improved gearing levels opens up alternative funding options.
