    You are correct about the premium. That probably goes close to evening costs out. However we will be subject to more breakdowns and main trance. They basically just dig it up. No expensive plant to maintain.
    Don't know about rail to continue.
    Will ask them at the Gold Coast seminar. They are always very approachable.
