As I have said - in my opinion GBG is being edged out of the picture. Shareholders could take some kind of action I guess (as you imply) - but that would be costly to shareholders. Might be better if people have similar concerns, to approach elected representatives first.
It seems to me that GBG shareholders are being punished for the failures of GBG (AND ANSTEEL)- who are also responsible for this situation (but stand to gain from it !). This is something which is not being discussed much and concerns me more than anything else about the situation GBG finds itself in. If Ansteel are allowed to gain 100% control of Karara by slowly bleeding GBG - then a very bad precedent is being set for retail shareholders. The lack of communication from GBG is simply absurd. (And what they have said is IMO been misleading)
