Don't think you guys are listening to the whole story..
There is no Problem in Prime lending.. Only 1 in 5 home loans have been to low Doc (Risky) customer's..
If you think about it.. it is a good time to buy a home in the US at the moment if you can afford it, as there is plenty of Bargins to be had..
Thier market can handle this type of melt down.. lets the rich get richer and the poor... well they just stay poor..
The time to worry is when the Japanese start to push up interest rates.. this is when there will be problems as they have been the money supply that has kept this all going.. and believe me.. at this present time they are in no hurry to do this..
Look at the bigger picture, better then taking snippets from it...
