i agree DG.....could be a bargain time for buying realestate....also the bigger picture...where are all the $$$$bil of super contributions going to go.....Sit in the bank???? Doubt it.... Also look at the mining...its not stopping..prices are increasing.....india putting taxes on metal exports as they want to slow it down....this will push prices up....nickel whoa looka at its price..... china may make them selves heard that they watching their ecomomic policies but hey they are not stopping the building boom...their figures tell you that....
i see not all may go up as in the last few years.. like realestate in nsw and wa...i can give you areas where it is still moving forward and i can give you areas being reduced by $50k.....
Still very positive...even when the $us crumbles
