If you have been following the economic news in the press you will see that housing here in Australia and especially 1st home buyer has been propping up the market. MOC has no debt high dividend and oversold. Excellent stock to own, plenty of upside limited downside. Perhaps not a great growth story but with no debt , low per, high dividend and australia weathering the housing downturn well will be much stronger!
