Ok ..so we went from 6.8 to 18.5c on Rumour and the Ann of the...

Ok ..so we went from 6.8 to 18.5c on Rumour and the Ann of the 40 & 60m intercepts ...and in the first few hours since the ann today we have fallen to 9.5c... So where to from here... Well 1st CEO need to pay for the tenement and raise cash to fund exploration...

So in the short/Mid Term we have

1. Cap Raise
2. Govt Approvals / hire more staff
3. Detailed Exploration (on ground) and Computer modeling etc
4. Contract drillers, build roads /drill access pads etc
5. Drill
6. Await Assays
7. Next +ive/-ive Announcement

So the next positive news flow could be several months away at best...Question is will the company continue to trade at this level post Mcap raise without the constant flow of good news until the next drill results are announced ??

Hmmm ...personally I think the Cap raise will be at a discount to the prevailing price VWAP just prior to it and that with the lack of good news going forwards for a few months the price will slowly retrace back to the low 6c region as their is considerable support area...
