Just as believable as CHMs
If you want to know what went on then read the full judgement
It is written in English and you do not need to be a lawyer
If you read it you will find most posts are not based on fact
IMO you bought when you should have sold and sold when you should have bought - not uncommon - I have done it many times
MMX is currently undervalued due to uncertainty
CHM is undervalued because it has speculators as shareholders who were always going to flood out on the decision, plus a large option coming up.
IMO buying CHM should have and still should be hedged by buying MMX and visa versa although MMX is likely to be safe now but still a bit of risk
