Don't get too excited. The word 'Repsol' was a keyword in the Microsoft Word document from which the PDF document was generated. People re-use and re-purpose documents all the time, and they hardly ever go back to update the document metadata.
Anyone that knows what they are doing would manage to remove this stuff before releasing a public document.
