Yes relative to some biotechs however PRR still needs to complete a statistically significant Phase IIa, IIb and then maybe 2 pivotal phase III clinical trials to have any chance of getting marketing approval from the FDA. For CVAC PRR is 4 to 5 years away from US market approval at least!

Without the SPP being successful, PRR has IMO about $2m in the bank and just athe phase IIa and IIb studies will most likely required $10m+

PRR is not a tight register, it is predominantly held by small retail investors with no reputable instos in the stock…as Rifici has pointed out larger holders have been actually selling over past 6 weeks or so…look at the top 20.

BTW your market cap is completely off the mark as you need to dilute for all the options and the freebie shares to directors aiming to be approved this Friday.

Everyone in this stock are small traders…the only larger guys are those on the bid trying to prop it up with moral support but tend to move their bid down when they start getting filled

What is the big picture? IMO the big picture for the board in to get their snouts in the trough as deep as possible and rip the guts out of PRR and all the shareholders…just look at the current gift of freebie shares…no hurdles and vesting by September.
