i find it hard to believe that the IBA board chooses not to disclose anything to the market....

having said that, the price has been depressed due to all the uncertainty, the price shot to $1.10 when IBA made an announcement to say they were on target for the cost synergies.

I presume that once IBA make an announcement with multi-year earnings forecasts for the combined entity, and if that show favourable earnings, the price could shoot to over $1.20 - $1.25.

I hope the IBA board start disclosing to their owners sometime soon.....
