Companies constantly sign non-binding licences for IP. They constantly assess new products. However a minuscule percentage of these contracts ever result in a monetary deal.
Do you not acknowledge progress of the Akida chip?
A technology (SNN) that almost everybody else gave up on years ago because it does nothing useful. It is now little more than a research curiosity. For some bizarre reason BRN is still pushing ahead.
IMO Akida wil be another complete failure.
