IMO:
As this company has the stability of a poker machine play due to continual missed goals, milestones and failed promises, so going on Technicals is akin to running blind across a 4 lane highway at peak traffic time!
They have already said no production until next year, next year they will miss all stated targets so what is going to happen to the share price and who will pay the spiraling debt which is likely to be $30M + next year?
Technicals only work if the company is relatively stable and predictable otherwise stick to Fundamentals.
