    I agree Archie, but please don't Ramp Up by quoting false details.

    The coal royalty will NOT start until 1st Qtr 2016 at the earliest.

    And the Shale Oil was falsely quoted as having a value in the Trillions $$ and PB himself rubbished that figure.
