If there is no downrampers, why the share price should go down to 2.4c just after announcing 68% increase in the resource size.
You can simply calculate yourself:
Before increase, the minimum share price was around 2.4c.
After 68% increase, the minimum (not average) share price should go to 4c (2.4*1.68).
Are you telling me that normal share holders sell their shares cheap once they see the resource size increases?
Please do your own research.
