If there is "something in the wind" and on firm news the share price "might" reasonably move into the 70c- $1.0 area, what will happen to the option price? I suspect that most holders will not want to put up the 35c p share required on August 31st and will sell beforehand into a very crowded and illiquid market.
What might the price of the oppies go up to, and what would be a likely "floor" at which large investors would see a quick return?
I would be interested to hear some views please.
