Really interested to find out which person or persons 'got in'. The buy in is short of a substantial holding, any idea how we can find out who the person is?
My guess would be somebody who has a close connection to EVs and BESS.
Liveris, for example, decided NVX was a startup to get behind many years ago and then threw a lot of his own cash into NVX after starting as Chairman of LUCID in 2019. Like any clever business person does, as the person driving the strategy of one of the key up and coming EV brands he saw where big money could be made along the supply chain and made a sizeable bet on NVX (5 million shares now, at an average buy price well above today's SP).
