So Sustainability Minister Kate Jones is "angered" is she? What a reprehensible thing to say after what these luddites have done.

You know it is hardly ever a good idea for a business to take on a Government in the courts - it almost always always leads to tears as the deck is stacked and in any case Cougar probably doesn't have the unlimited funds to take on such a challenge.

... but wouldn't it be nice if some prickly individual with deep pockets and connection was sufficiently peeved by this travesty to really smash these guys in the courts.
