So in effect they have assembled a board and company structure for an anticipted much bigger company in advance of any contracts being signed. They must have been confident initially that success was assured, or contracts were guaranteed, otherwise it's a case of putting the cart before the horse. That seems to indicate many promises have not come to fruition and have possibly been reneged on, or got cold feet in the current lackluster sales performance of EV's?
