Or there's inside information that there's nothing new and holders will be peeved at the lack of progress, so better to cut losses before it drops again.
Not saying that's what's going to happen but it's just as likely.
Meanwhile, the stock is hitting the lowest lows in a LONG time when it should've been hitting the highest highs, if one were to believe the hype a few years ago...
