If that were the case then I tend to think that ADO CEO and BoD no longer have control over the company and it is a third party/s that are controlling both direction, strategy and funding requirements? The board may not even have any idea they are being controlled or partaking in something other than running a viable business, the motives of course become quite obscure under this scenario.
