Gavtech, Why in your opinion do you think they are taking so long in announcing whether the rig is being decommissioned and moving on elsewhere if that is what is going to happen? Remembering all the security issues that were taken into account when this rig was mobilised the first time around. Will they want to go through all that again. No one knows what will happen after the elections. We could have a situation were there is more unrest in that part of the world because of who is elected. The security situation could be worse when they want to mobilised again.
