Also think the reaction to yesterdays upbeat ann' and the lead up to testing may be a little subdued by the SPP - in that those who were looking to get a larger position in NEO (institutions incl) have already done so. A matter of wait 'n hold for many ....... some other players may have thought that the SPP was a quick way of making 10% & had always planned to sell part of their original holding ....... only this mode of thinking would have backfired due to the number of people with the same idea. Pays more to do the opposite of others.
