I don't see any downside either. OPL is going up again this morning by the looks of it - it'll be the institutional choice, and I think most people are set in NEO already.
I put yesterdays lack of response down to the shocking market conditions of hte last couple of weeks, and the fact that we're all now waiting for final results.

Just keep capitalising on the impatient sellers.
