re: it just gets better 20 dollars x xmas No doubt zinc has come out of the UK LME conference as the darling metal for 2007. Price is now running around USD$1.80 - $1.90+lb and this ensures VERY good profit for current miners.

One has to consider that as price mounts there must be some buyer resistance and switching to alternatives that will slow the off-take to some extent. We know China is burning up. General consensus suggests this is good for another 12+ months (maybe more) but I think with the recent bullish run we need to accept that a slowing has to occur at some point.

Predicting that point for short termers is going to be interesting because if someone bails early they could miss an VERY BIG opportunity - ZFX has run from $13.50 to $15.50 in 1 week and it may not be over yet.

ZFX seems to be the one internationally VERY favourable share - it's big enough to get the big boys in and has robust current earnings and can immediately capitalise on upward zinc price movement. It has a realistic PE in a dramatically radical uptrend market where statistics are unable to be argued and the future largely can be foretold. That is, zinc demand clearly outstrips production supply.

It's kind of like - get on now if you are not on - because this appears all laid out - very little guess work required with many analysts (but not all!) agreeing and ZFX being the chosen one. (I must admit PEM is running very hard at the moment and ahead of ZFX but this may relate to additional news to follow!)

Oh, I just love some action!
