The fear that I have is that the writedowns will mean a breach of the convenants.

If this happens I fear that we will be at the mercy of the banks. They will threaten to wind up. ABS may then be forced to offer something like what Centro has done like a debt/equity swap or something like that which could dilute the holdings even further.
