All things considered,if I were an NME shareholder I would be accepting the offer and seeing this as Manna from Heaven.

1: Is the ASX listed company suspended.YES - IRRELEVANT.
2:Is the entity trading whilst insolvent.PROBABLE - Are you implying NME directors are criminals?
3:What is the probability of raising supplemental funds from its existing Shareholder base.NEXT TO ZERO - I'm sure Mr. Martino cn rustle up some funds from his clients.
4oe's the company have sufficient funds to contribute to the JV on a pro-rata basis.NO - See response to 3 above.
All things considered,if I were an NME shareholder I would be accepting the offer and seeing this as Manna from Heaven. - Of course that's what you'd say as an MCT shareholder with a Buy Sentiment on the stock. Wouldn't it make your life easier?
