I just read your post and couldnt help responding ,, My summary of your thoughts ( correct me if i'm wrong)
1 - You dont trust the company.
2 - you dont like management.
3 - Your not happy with the performance of the SP.
4 - And your still hanging on !!
Why dont you sell out ??
