    I don't think that the Hunan withdraw means automatically that Molyhil will not go.

    We expected a deal with Hunan similar to the CMR JV.
    Hunan should pay Capex (40 m) and get 50% of the profit. But profit of Molyhil will be (DFS) pre tax less than 120 m. So their profit could be only marginal.

    (That does not include any potential extensions of mine life)

    But if Thor will borrow the money from a bank then they will get 100% of the profit and have to pay back the 40 m plus interest. And that will work!
