Rockme, unfortunately BSL management has only displayed sunshine and lollipops capabilities. They cannot manage a downturn, handle staff cuts, adjust to new conditions, address a crisis or cut spending. So, if the company continues with this management then bye bye Bluescope. The problem is management need to go to make way for better management but they don't want to because they know they won't be getting paid anywhere near what they are paying themselves at Bluescope. Steering a sinking ship does not exactly make you a desirable person to employ so my guess is they are taking as much as they can while they can...
