There isn't a problem. Nic was talking about 2 separate things in 2 separate paragraphs.

The first being the net assets (including goodwill) and the number of share issued. Then... made the point about the net tangible assets (excluding goodwill) per share.

There was no confusion over maths. Net assets is around $328M. However, that includes about $290M of goodwill and other intangibles, leaving $38M of net tangible assets. At 1.5 billion shares, thats almost 3 cents per share of tangible assets, which is what Nic was saying.

Don't ask me how they value goodwill though...
