Up to 50% would be the correct terminology, since the 50% entitlement applies to US sales, but not all global sales.
The TH wasn't necessarily premeditated. I'd say they would of got a few calls from SI's/ top holders on Thursday wondering what the bloody hell was going on( With 2 new substantial holders onboard and a 30%+ increase in price) You know a speeding ticket was coming aswell. Under the circumstances, a depleted MGMT could of felt pressure to call a TH- No doubt some were privy to information that others weren't ( on some level atleast). The likes of IMS data must now be available aswell.
I think sales will be fairly consistent with Q3. Remembering that Q4 sales are historically weak, and that this is when they pull out the "seasonal buying patterns" excuses.
