yes I think it is all been said, it is obvious that they believe for 'the plan' to succeed they need to take out all real and imagined obstacles first.....now that's a plan! One can only wonder of the unintended consequences that will emerge but I think some have been stated quite eloquently.
A thing that amazes me is that after all the hoopla the bailout gets passed and now has seemingly morphed instantly in to something else, don't tell me Paulson didn't know that loophole wasn't there all along, and what of Congress now?
