    they transferred all their stock to shareholders.
    The selling should pretty much have been completed by now. Macquarie brought out a report about 3 weeks ago saying they had estimated 75% of the shares had been sold.

    This could laso be the reason why we have seen it move along. They felt VBA would be trading between 60c-80c range once the selling was complete.
