This line threw me a bit!
The belief that human races have special and different characteristics which determine their particular cultures.
So I had a think and came to the conclusion that it’s probably cultures and determined the way a particular race may act. In other words given the same social conditions you will probably get the same outcomes respective of the particular race you chose to test.
So one would think its ok to disagree with a particular culture whether they be determined by religion, style of government etc because of the social outcomes it produces without being deemed at racist.
