I would say the same than on any other stock. I would imagine that if the US congress approves the 700b bail out plan it might send some good vibes across the whole financial sector and it would definitively have a positive impact on BNB. I would like to believe that BNB will get to $10 soon, but I have nothing to base my analysis on, however, I believe in the long term it will go over that mark.
