We have the resource. It is worth a motza. Any guarantee of finance would see TNG skyrocket, even if the finance is only at the $200 mil level for the stage 1 production idea. That lift in share price would start quite soon after it is definite that we have the finance.
The problem is, can we guarantee the finance? Management making offhand statements of possible interest from possible providers will see very little happen. There has to be some definite agreement before we move significantly!!
