The Smart Money knows everbody is waiting for a spike, it will not come. Smart Money will accumulated slowly and steady, because they have time.
If the results are not good enough (after drilling campaign is done, and JORC Upgrade) they will pump it up quickly to get out.
The Smart Money is accumulating. (just check the OBV on the yearly chart).
Results are good, the potential is there, but doesn't add value to his Market Cap at the moment.
And stop selling your shares to cheap!
