Here's a theory, but probably a more Optimistic one...
The interim lab results might be showing a likeliness to mining.
Management could be discussing JV's or other alternatives with a number of different parties given the past year of global interest and consolidations in diamonds due to the demand/ supply equation and so a JV might not as simple a matter here as normal... Allot of people want there to be Diamonds in our tenements and not just share holders...

Still IMO she's just a punter's penny at this level.
