It is cheap. They have signed all the big boys for starters and they understand the industry backwards and the needs moving forward.
If you do some easy figures, you can see this making some serious cash flow.
3.9m potential users for the application world wide. If we just based this on the company getting 100,000 users at $120 pa, that is $12m pa in cash flow.
Services like this (in other industries) often charge thousands pa.
I think you are right, looks cheap on conservative numbers.
