Yes, and? Most of POHs collaborations have been a result of beign approached. I don't get your point. What I said was POH management make decisions on whether to proceed after analysis of requirement and consultation with other bodies as to its marketing potential. POHs expertise is in delivery of product using TPM technology, not necessarily the ins and outs of every industry they attract. The narrative jibes exactly with reality. Your interpration does not jibe with reality.
