Interesting question on TPM's efficiency.

I think only Esra could answer this properly, but what I can say is that TPM is an amazing technology that has the ability to not only control the output and rate of dosage, but also the depth or structures to which it penetrates into.
In other words it can be developed to be a systemic application like oxycodene patch delivery a set constant dose over time, or set to bypass the systemic system into soft tissues or nerve receptors like oxygel (proof of concept stage).

But a confusing aspect is that TPM is not just a trans-dermal delivery system. It can be combined with oral supplements to be taken as tablets or added to food to increase the effectiveness of what's it coupled with.

I can't give you percentages, but the TPM is very refined, controllable and adaptable.
